The last filing in the bankruptcy process was Jan 25, 2023? Why has the Chapter 7 proceeding stalled since then?
Last filing was in November. You may be looking at the wrong docket. 22-10537-MFW on PACER
Won't the shareholder lawsuit eat the money and give the proceedings to lawyers + pre-bankruptcy shareholders? At least $5-20M there vanishes?
